Host-pathoen interactions, Live-cell microscopy, Alveolus-on-a-chip, Immunology, Tuberculosis

My interests lie in using organ-on-a-chip systems as models doing experiments we cannot do either with whole animal models or monoculture experiments such as cell dynamics of host-pathogen interactions in privileged physiological niches like the alveolus. Interested in developing collaborations and expertise in pulmonary biology, immunology, and tool building.
