I have background in biophotonics and biomaterials. I have pursued research in fabricating optical biosensors, organ-on-chip sensors, developing portable optical platform for biosensing and imaging of biomarkers present in chronic diseases. I have an expertise in the developing proof of concept studies for biosensors, spectroscopic and material characterisation; worked on the medical device fabrication/prototyping, thin film fabrication, 3D cell culture, biocompatibility testing.
