Bone Marrow, Immunology, CAR T cells, Multiple Myeloma, Plasma cells, Primary tissue

Currently working with organ-on-a-chip technology to reproduce the in vivo physiology and tissue organization from the immunological point of view. On-going projects aim to maintain human bone marrow plasma cells alive in vitro as mean to test ATMPs; evaluation of MSCs contribution to the angiogenesis process and immunosuppressant capabilities in a microfluidic set-up; CAR T cells 3D testing platforms.
