Research Interests

In-silico modelling, bioreactors, fluid dynamics, drug delivery, drug testing, mathematical modelling

using a combination of in-silico and in-vitro experiments to help define more physiologically relevant models for studying disease and treatment with drugs.

Collaboration Interests

1. Experimentalists who are able to provide data to help validate my current in-silico modelling of perfusion-based bioreactor systems
2. Experimentalists who have data and require in-silico modelling of their system to provide further understanding of the behaviour they are seeing and/or to create a computational tool that can replace/reduce the number of physical experiments
