Research Interests
tumour biophysics, drug delivery, tumour on chip, Vasculature on chip
Modelling the biophysical properties of disease on chip to improve drug delivery. I'm am interested in cancer on chip models, particularly those that recreate the tumour ECM, including solid and hydraulic stresses. My group uses these platforms for delivery of novel therapeutics. Other models we use are spheroids on chip, vasculature on chip and single cell analysis.
Collaboration Interests
On-chip staining of multiple cell types
On-chip staining of ECM components
Microgels
Novel spectroscopy and microscopy techniques for organ-on-chip
Modelling of fluid flows, shear stresses etc
I would like to present at group meetings organised by individual group leads – please contact me if you have an opportunity.
