Research Interests
Organ-on-a-chip, Cell Culture, Microbiology, Oncology, Microfluidics, Biomaterials
Currently enrolled an EPSRC PhD Doctoral Programme on the project Organ-on-a-chip with a focus on Bacterial Vaginosis and development of a microfluidic chip that will allow its further understanding. Furthermore, collaborating with Organ-on-chip research group at Brunel for Cancer Research UK grant to develop and optimise a Breast-on-chip system with 3 Dimensional cell cultures in order to produce a reliable testing system for further investigation on the carcinogenic risk factors.
