I work on chicken Immunology and we have just recently developed 3D chicken organoids but there are short-lived (~10 days) and we are very limited in developing organoids from other tissues as we lack basis reagents -Mammalian reagents do not cross react well in chickens. My future goal is to develop organs on chips for chicken mucosal immunology with the lung and intestine my current areas of interest
