I have developed 3D culture systems using Real Architecture For Tissue cultures (RAFTs) to close the gap between 2D cell culture and animal studies and utilized high content imaging and immunofluorescence to identify tumor structures and analyze drug-target interactions. I am interested in learning new techniques and learning about new complex in vitro models. Being a part of the Organ on a chip network will allow me to communicate with other scientists that have similar interests and may have knowledge to share to aid in my studies as well as me having knowledge to share with them.
