Biomaterials Science, Porous biomaterials, scaffolds for 3D cell culture

I've been working in 3D printed scaffolds for 3D cell culture for a number of years and recently we explored the use of these scaffolds in microfluidic systems. This enabled us to develop a generic 3D culture on a chip technology where the flow conditions are well defined. We are further developing this technology for more complex organ on a chip devices.
