skin fibroblasts, wound healing, UVB irradiation, Fibrosis, skin stem cells, 2D and 3D culture platforms

I am currently exploring the immune cell network fibroblast lineage interaction in the skin during development, regeneration and disease. Building on my in vivo findings I am developing 2D and 3D co culture systems to study and dissect the immune cell fibroblast cross talk in vitro between distinct subpopulations. I hope that the Organ-on-a-Chip network will promote my in vitro line of research.
