Muscle-on-chip, Microfluidics, CFD, Agent-based models, Optimisation

Currently part of the MyoChip project, providing numerical modelling of mass-transport, quantification of cell behaviours from image analysis and Agent-Based modelling of cell outcomes for optimisation in a 3D innervated and vascularised muscle-on-chip device.
