I am new to the field of organ-on-a-chip and am trying to establish 3D tumours using the Synvivo system which also includes a perfused vascular channel. I am interested in hearing from others who may also be using this system (or similar). My aim is to produce models of tumour hypoxia for use in the investigation of new cancer therapies or imaging modalities.
