Research Interests
Lung cancer, Tumour microenvironment, Immunology, Airways, Organoids
I am interested in lung squamous cell carcinoma and I am using the human cells-of-origin of this cancer type (basal cells) to model the developmental stages and the heterogeneity seen in patients. I would like to explore the possibilities that this technology offers to investigate multiple cancer phenotypes and particularly those more closely related to the tumour-microenvironment, such as invasion/metastasis, immune infiltration and stromal-epithelial crosstalk.
Collaboration Interests
Lung cancer, immune infiltration, invasion
I would like to present at group meetings organised by individual group leads – please contact me if you have an opportunity.
