Our lab researches new tissue engineering based therapies for the repair of central nervous system tissue after injury. These include the use of bioscaffolds, cell transplantation, electrical stimulation and slow release drug delivery systems. Within this, we are interested in alternative models of nervous system injury and repair within which we can test new neuroregenerative therapies.
