3D Cell-culture models for cytotoxicity testing using biosensors

Collaboration Interests

Primary culture of cancer cells for cytotoxicity testing and optimization of chemotherapy dosage using biosensors.
Previously, we have developed biosensors which can correlate impedance with cell death. Tests have been conducted with cancer cell lines which have been exposed to chemotherapeutic drugs such as Taxol. Currently, we are working on primary culture of lung cancer cells. We wish to develop personalized biosensors which can predict dosage of chemotherapy or evaluate most effective chemotherapy regimens on patients.
