computational modelling, biomedical instrumentation, agent based modelling, mathematical biology

The core of my research focuses on computational models of inflammatory processes,
particularly aiming at providing an accurate mathematical description of the spatial spread
of inflammation.
I am particularly keen on collaborating with experimental researchers to demonstrate emergent behaviours, informing experiments in the short term and target potential new therapies in the longer term.
