Cell biology, Cancer, Epigenetics, Breast organoids, Placenta, Colon organoids

I am interested in the extent to which organoids and Organs on a chip recapitulate the epigenetic profiles of the tissues that they represent and how these change during various manipulations. I am interested on how these can be used to replace animal models.
