I am interested in developing high-throughput in vitro models to study dental and musculoskeletal diseases. I would like to collaborate with network members who have experience with microfluidic devices with the aim to combinatorially synthesise new biomaterials on a chip and study their interactions with tissue specific stem cells.
I have developed biomaterials that support dental pulp stem cells, human pluripotent stem cells and tissue adhesive hydrogels and I would like to integrate these synthetic materials into organ on a chip devices to study diseases associated with these stem cells types.
